Starry Stonewort Annotated Bibliography – Notes on research consensus and summaries

This document expands on the Informal Literature Review available here:
https://starrystonewort.org/publication/informal-literature-review-starry-stonewort-research/

The Annotated Bibliography contains a compilation of the summaries, keywords, and areas that need further research for each document in the Zotero Reference Library. It also contains an additional summary of areas of starry stonewort research do or do not have strong consensuses. Note that this document and the Reference Library were NOT part of an exhaustive search of resources, papers, journal articles and other documents. Rather, readily available representative examples of research that have been completed on various aspects of Nitellopsis obtusa were reviewed and documented in Zotero, a bibliographical document management tool. The intent of this work is to make some of the valuable research that has been done more accessible to community level stakeholders and citizen scientists through this summarized format.

Zotero Reference Library – Starry Stonewort Research

This Reference Library is a collection of references for readily available representative examples of research that have been completed on various aspects of Nitellopsis obtusa. It utilizes Zotero, a bibliographical document management tool. Along with each reference, brief notes were added by FLI staff reflecting thoughts on what areas of research are still needed, the emphasis of a given paper, consensus of various research areas and the like. This Reference Library was conducted on an informal basis; this was NOT an exhaustive search of resources, papers, journal articles and other documents. The intent of this work is to make some of the valuable research that has been done more accessible to community level stakeholders and citizen scientists through this summarized format. For more detailed notes and document summaries see the companion document, Starry Stonewort Annotated Bibliography:
